Management have lost control definitely. There is a culture of lies, a total lack of promotion, daily retaliation and bullying by supervisors and management, use of SLP3 for shielding favourites or as retaliation, absence of communication and accountability is a joke as it is only used to shift blame to assemblers never, never to management. A sad place.
It is well known in the area of Stonehouse a certain building is massively out of control due to very poor management letting good people leave while keeping people who should never have been employed in the first place I work in a area where we get the stories fed back from this building within SLB.
SLB upper management should be brought in to take control of this situation as the management have lost control.
Like always the upper management know who they won't out ,and building B assemblers making way again.
K2 says no decision has been made on who will be made redundant. But they won't accept voluntary redundancy.
It is not about saving money. It is about retaliation.
Building C is getting closed for contractor EESI to make money.
