Shift 7 MT, no VSP or early retirement offer on Monday. Last reviews O, S, and S, SL3, written warning last year. Will I be ISP tomorrow?

That's not what the guidelines that were leaked say. If you did get an S with no stock, than you needed an EE or O the other year not to qualify for ISP

Wait hold up. You got successful SL5 if you got zero stock in 2016. It's on.

Thanks for that reply. I had an S with no stock in 2016 and an O in 2015. Hadn't heard of anyone's fate with a similar scenario. I feel a little better now. That really puts the pressure on this year to be EE or O!

I heard shift 7 and shift 6 will find out Thursday.

Mm, I don't think you meet the ISP criteria. If you had SL3 this year you should be fine, particularly with an O under their scope.

I had an S with SL5 in 2016, but was spared due to an EE in 2015.

It was a brainfart misprocess, 1 st ever in 18 years, clean record otherwise, valuable contributor
