There are so many ees on here stating they wish to file a lawsuit, I'm so very sorry to tell you that HR Legal are mostlyn employment attorneys. If you suspect you have been wrongfully terminated due to your age, and are one of many "I got SSL4 out of the blue" then I highly suggest that you file a complaint with the EEOC. When you signed your package docs you agreed not to sue Intel however, if you file a claim with EEOC, the EEOC sues Intel, not you. Further, if the EEOC receives an influx of complaints which have a theme, it bolsters the validity of each claim.
Instead of posting your age and how many years on this blog, send it to the agency who can help you, they will handle a class action for you and you don't need to pay an attorney to do it. If Intel is slapped with a charge from the EEOC its more damaging than a one-off lawsuit or civil CA filed by what they will call "disgruntled employees". Good luck to everyone on your future endeavors....
