We've had a couple of our H1Bs let go, one of which was specifically relocated here from an Intel site in India due to his wealth of experience in a very specific area.
They're not just targeting the white guys.

Report to Homeland Security when you see h1b employees relatives visiting but never leave. Very likely over staying tourist visa. Befriend them they love showing off white friends gather names of relatives and home address report anonymously by calling 1-866-347-2423. Call every 3 weeks provide additional info.
If every other company out there can manage to find enough qualified Americans and Asian born engineers....why can't Intel?

I have worked at a dozen or so companies in my career and I am sorry, but Intel's population of Indian born employees is beyond any other company I have worked with or for.
