I'm confused by the people who posted here with 22 & 23 years experience who never got below SSL3 getting offered VSP. Are you at a site getting closed? Or eligible for Enhanced Retirement? I was told the criteria was ER offers, SSL4/5, site closures and projects getting cancelled. I don't think the criteria is consistently being applied?

Ssl3 or ss4 ? No jok
the reason you qualify for UI with ISP is because you are leaving the company involuntarily and you are marked as ineligible for rehire and can never come back to Intel. VSP you can be rehired...they are not identical
23 years. Never gotten below ssl3. Never gotten below successful. Got VSP
BTW. The ISP offer is literally identical to the VSP except you get unemployment in ISP. What a f---ing joke.
22 years! You surely got great VSP proposal! I'm just 14 years hear but I always thought that Intel is GPTW - but not a socialistic one.
Just got a VSP offer with several years of successful/SSL3 focals. No BE/IR EVER in 22 years and loads of peer recognitions in the bank. I'm taking this as a "GTFO now while we're throwing you a bone with some meat on it".
Intel is F'kd. Not the same company it was 20 years ago. Not even close.
You are probably on the safer side with three consecutive SSL2/SSL3's
