Whoever recommends reporting laptop stolen, DO NOT BE SO STUPID. First off, have some integrity. Secondly, do you know how much software is installed on that device that tracks your every move? The location of the device. The IP address etc. You really want criminal charges filed against you? My god there are some really dumb people

Mostly I am thinking about info you can only get from the intraweb... so good list so far.

interesting thought on the reporting the laptop as lost... IT would probably thank you as it would be one less they have to process and if they make you pay for it they get something for nothing...

I thought of one more though... spp info... they have to pay back anything you put in there since the last cycle...

Any personal contacts for whom you use your Intel email need to change. Your cell phone bill, LinkedIn account, etc

I suggest getting all of your financial information for your 401k and other accounts if you haven't already.

Pack personal belongings and take to car. You don't get to go back to do that. They do it for you.
