Venting is a great stress reliever, however it doesn't change what has transpired. I set myself up by staying at Intel for as long as I did and allowing others to basically walk all over me by picking up their slack. I have my integrity intact, while I do believe there are folks out there that have thrown more people under the bus and convinced themselves they too , have "integrity"
Sleep tight folks because you've now set yourself up for a whole lot more work that you thought others would do for you, or that you felt was beneath you. Do it with a lighter workforce and double up your hours of work, make those deadlines because you're on a roller coaster to a demise of what was once a great company.
