If you look at the ISP criteria for this year and last year, it's pretty obvious that they're starting a new trend. If you get an IR or a SSL4/SSL5 at your focal, you are getting an ISP within a few weeks.
I see two behaviors coming out of this.
-
Employees that want to leave are going to do substandard work so that they can get paid to leave after next Focal.
-
Employees that get an IR or SSL4/SSL5 at their Focal and didn't do it on purpose are going to realize they are getting fired soon. A few disgruntled employees are going to use the short time they have left to do damage to the company (demoralize their team, pilfer, sabotage, or possibly "go postal" on their coworkers).
Hopefully, the restructuring will include a revamp of Focal this year, since Intel is apparently trying to change it's "culture" and Focal really isn't being used the same way any more.
