That makes sense then. These numbers account for 4.5% of the 11-12% number we were told (assuming it applies worldwide). We should be expecting another 4-5% through VSP/ERP. That leave project cancellations to cover another 4%.

affirmative @myn - the numbers would not reflect VSP/ERP because Intel doesn't yet know the acceptance rate. I'm sure they have a target in mind, but they won't have actuals until people formally accept.

I am assuming WARN notice at this point is ISP only. VSP/ERP are not required to be reported and project cancellations layoffs would be around may.

Do you guys think these are fair assumptions?
