Are they both not voluntary?

Can I hold this off until end of year 2016 for my sabbatical?

What the ERP package includes?
Man they really want to get rid of you. Take ERP and run :)
I'm surprised at all the questions that have answers right inside the emails themselves.
Time to learn to read and comprehend. It's a valuable skill.

Both are voluntary

You still could get impacted by project cuts in late June, but no guarantee.
-
ERP, by far.
-
No, decision must be made by June.

All of the information was in the e-mails. Did you read them? If you read them and you can't figure out the answers to the first 4 questions, well, it's hard to believe you didn't get an ISP.
Take a deep breath. You need to read all the details and you need to decide by a certain date. Only you (and those close to you) can answer what you should do, but the answers to your questions are listed in the documents/links provided. Good luck mate.
Same boat as you and ERP is the better option. You can hold off on both but if Intel does not hit their 12,000 layoff target, I'm afraid that whoever was offered VSP will get laid off. Sucessful focal equals the new IR and every persons situation is different.
