I had my ISP given to me yesterday.

8 weeks base pay

+Sabbatical

+Accrued vacation through end of may + rolled over from 2015 (if state requires rollover)

+Length of Service pay (0-2yrs=4 weeks of pay, 2-4=5, 4-6=7, 6-8=10, 8-10=12, 10-12=15, 12-14=18, 14-16=21, 16-18=24, 18-20=27, 20-22=30, 22-24=33, 24-25=36, 25-27=39, 27-29=42, 29-30=45, 30+ =48)

If Intel were actually transparent about the packages beforehand it would save a lot of frustration. Had i known it were this good i wouldn't have been so pissed about getting labeled a poor performer and pushed out. Now, am happy to be gone.

It's been outlined in early threads on this board many times. Scroll into yesterday's morning posts.
