We need to terminate the H1B program all together. It's anti-American in nature.

Report to Homeland Security when you see h1b employees relatives visiting but never leave. Very likely over staying tourist visa. Befriend them they love showing off white friends gather names of relatives and home address report anonymously by calling 1-866-347-2423. Call every 3 weeks provide additional info.
oh no !! The H1B's are coming !! So scary...
Vote Trump or Cruz and H-1B days come to an end!
E-verify was developed to help with this problem, yet it still does not work. Even found when interviewing these types over phone. They do the ol "switcharoo" where someone else interviews for them, then sends their relative off to the first day of work. It's a huge scam and the US is enticed by the low wages, yet at the end of the day, costs are tripled due to poor deliverables and low quality. The majority are very hard workers, but those in leadership are a nightmare.
Performance based layoffs and closures based on Company needs has zero to do with "The Took Our Jobs"

You can report their illegal alien relatives to homeland security provide name, description , where do they work or home address, do you suspect human trafficking etc call 1-866-347-2423
nothing wrong in reporting h1b misuse/abuse to uscis directly as HR doesnot take care being they to part of it asking H1B work with uscis!!!
@zsr. Intel HR does not care, on the opposite actually, brings "diversity". Though uscis probably won't act very fast, if at all, then they have the power to do something about it.
Make your reports directly to the government anonymously it takes a few months but it works
Why dont you open HR cases if you see this happening in your team.
Take a look who they hang out during lunch, how many of their relatives work for Intel, where they hire by another Indian, unable to perform job as expected, they complain about money problems ( probably paying finders fee to hiring manager or relative) these are all signs of possible fraud don't stay silent report report report!
Also a note to people who say that they lost their job because of h1b.. isnt the rating system same for all employees. Are you guys that H1B people are getting better gradings.? Are they not going be fired if they are having BE or IR
