I mean Day 1 is over and we have 4 more to go. Are the managers aware what's in store for their reportees by the end of the week? Or do they themselves get notified that fateful morning?

So, for example, if a manager/HR has to deliver ISP to an employee, and HR needs It to be done on Thursday, will the employee get the 1:1 meeting invitation on Wednesday, some time very close to the meeting, not earlier like Monday?
Yes we got ISP, VSP and ERP names on Fridy
Managers received the ISP candidate list last Friday. Reliable first hand information. I don't know if they relieved the VSP candidate list however.

CWW BE of the week (S6/S7) employees will not find out their fate until their first day back this Thursday 28th.
ERP and VSPs will get an email.
ISP recipients will be met at the door by management and security.
Each manager notified by afternoon for next day candidates - whom to chop next day.

So I'm guessing since my manager gave me a new project to spearhead I should fare okay for now. Since GRL and parts of ICS were impacted this week, I have a hunch a major project I'm is getting cut next month.
