All the 5 people I know who got the ISP today are ICs. Did any manager get ISP ?

In the past, I've seen where a manager was affected as well as his employees. He handled those ISPs first, then received his. They let him do the dirty work before firing him so....
My skip level mgr was out yesterday. I have a long list of less competent managers I would have removed instead, but so far they're still here.
Senior PE with a team was walked out on Monday in Chandler. Seems like day of week is completely random if you are on the block.
What is the ISP package?
I know a manager who was fired today in Austin. He was a really smart guy. Sad :(. How is intel management going to run the company with RCGs?
I know 2 st mgrs fired today in chandler
But mgrs know if they are in the ISP/VSP ... Its difficult for them to give ISP to their reportee when they know they are also target on Friday.

Managers are 3rd round.
Chances are the managers will be among the last to go. First, they must walk all the affected people in their org.
