2009 layoff was much more transparent and in a respectful manner.
Gould Schlumberger was much better than Kids-gaard Schlumberger

Euan Baird was a SOB too...
Couple of years ago I sat in a meeting with Paal and his side kick. As I watched the show, that's all I concluded it was - a show. Dude didn't care really to reach out and meet employees in the room. Was not much of a round table at all. It was just a show. Soon as it was over, him and his side kick did not stick around, vanished in minutes after. Just an odd deal. I still scratch my head today wondering how that guy pulled off a 18 Million (plus stock bonus of 5-6 million in Jan 2016) yearly salary. Damn.....he must be sucking someone off real well....
Agree. SLB is embarrassing under the current regime. Sad. My heart goes out to those that are left and have to endure what he has put everyone through.
