A coworker took a VSP 2 years ago. Re-hired last year after a nice vacation.
Different experience here. I was kicked out as low performer in 2011 and now I'm GB, there were no issues. I'm not getting back to BB even if they offer Trump tower. Feel for all of you guys ... good luck to everyone.
if you are termed due to performance, which all the ISP people are, you are marked as ineligible for rehire in the system regardless...does not matter if you sign your package docs. Your package docs are your acknowledgement that you understand your severance and that you waive your right to bring lawsuit against Intel. You can refuse to sign the docs however, you will not receive any portion of your package until you sign.
