Did the one with sabbatical or Mloa get axed already or still waiting?

My manager also told me that I was in sabbatical etc and hence had a lower workload and thus lower RSUs
to poster who had MLOA, you may want to contact HR if you did not have any formal messages from your manager prior to/upon returning from MLOA - there are multiple posts on here from ppl who had either MLOA or sabbatical during the year only to return and get low SSL which is absolutely inappropriate for the manager to have done. Ees can only be assessed for the time they were not on MLOA or sabbatical, having said that, if your manager has documentation that you were already being performance managed outside of MLOA dates then you will likely lose that battle...
I was out on MLOA for couple of months and got SSL4. Do I have a case?
You will have one week from the date of your official notification (from the dreaded final 1:1).
If your argument is only that it was/is your first ever SSL4, don't bother.
But if you can argue that the SSL4 was improperly given or undeserved with supporting documentation, you might have a shot.
One week from notification, best as I can tell. I'm not sure what the process is, though.
I heard of a guy who was successful in his appeal after last year's layoff and still works for Intel. He asked his manager for a larger cash bonus in exchange for a lower stock allocation and his manager obliged, not knowing that it would be used as the primary criterion for layoffs. Fortunately his manager is a decent person and stuck up for the employee in the appeal process. I have much less faith in most Intel managers, including mine who also inappropriately gave me a successful / SL-4 (because "I'm a new employee").
Wage slaves always lose.
Nothing to lose.
There is only a one week time to appeal an ISP
Can you expand on 1 week window?
