Monday was first and last day for vsp/ERP. i thought i wil be getting vsp based on my last 4 years ratings
s3 s4 s3 s3... but didn't get vsp...so, what next ? worried on isp part. because isp will go through friday.
also, didn't see many ppl got vsp today...in fact in 2014, there were many vsps.
any idea what is going on...

Which employees are eligible for this VSP?
Employees are eligible for this VSP if they do not work in Intel Security Group and have
had: (1) A Successful (or below Successful) rating for all Focal cycles in which they were
rated between 2013 and 2016; and (2) have not received a stock share level 1 or 2; and
(3) their time in grade is one standard deviation higher than the median time in grade for
their grade in their business group.
Certain exclusions apply. If you did not receive notification of eligibility, you are not eligible
to participate.
Several years of S/SSL3 grade 57, no warnings, not a single issue in 22 years. Got VSP yesterday. You have to be climbing. Can't level off. Hard to grab onto anything...projects, demos, upgrades...in a dead factory. (F11X)

The VSP some other components related to time in your current grade level and length of service.
No written warnings. This last focal I was successful S5 and that has me worried, although I do have an open door investigation on that. ??? I'm stressed
Who did they offer vsp's to? And what are they looking at to be affected by isp?
