there are ~6K at FM site which is why I said the math doesn't add up, it's 4% of the site for ISP, and I doubt they'll get even 2% for VSP/ERP acceptance combined.
According to the numbers I am hearing from the other sites, there is about 5% ISP it seems. So 20*269 means about 5380 people in Folsom? Is that about right?

This is just the first wave...
There is nothing wrong with math.
Those are ISP.
Noone yet knows how many ERP/VSP will be accepted.
269? too low for such a big site with so many people working there more than 20 years.
I think that Intel is telling the media one thing....and doing another :( this number seems extremely low. The math simply doesn't add up.
269 seems too low. If the site were to be reduced by the corporate average (11.4%), then that would mean there are less than 2400 employees at the site.
Its 1269 actually
Folsom is lucky...that's peanuts
what's your source? the CA WARN report hasn't posted yet today, I thought is was going to be more than that...the report will show all CA sites affected:
http://www.edd.ca.gov/jobs_and_training/Layoff_Services_WARN.htm#ListingofWARNNotices
And the VSP/ERP folks are expected to make up???? Sounds like FM getting hit by 8% h/c reduction
Cheese n rice....prayers my friends
