i joined intel as RCG in august 2014, SSL4 last year, SSL5 this year, should be ISP, right?

One manager I know said he got an e-mail around midnight last night that said he had to walk out one of his employees today.
Should be ISP.
I don't think RCGs can even get SSL 4. Only 3 OR 5.
You get a freebie the first year. However after that if you get a low stick level you will in the radar of ISP. Sorry, but it sucks to see so many smart Intel people get laid off even though they had successful ratings.
My boss told me that managers are not supposed to respond to questions until right before the meeting. My boss said "F-- that" and told me right away, so at least I had a day to say goodbye to people.

Similar boat as you...maybe they are giving ISP to less than 2year join? Maybe wishful thinking...
