Anyone know if you can take ERP and Return as a GB?

They may have found drugs in his system.
Last year, I knew of a guy that received and ISP and came back as a contingent worker (green-badge) within 30 days doing the same job! However, it didn't last very long, maybe 6 weeks. I'm not sure if it was a violation of some rule and HR got wind of it, but I suspect that was the case.
Also the typical 1 year gap between BB to GB still applies
Yes ofcource you can come back GB, however people with ISP cannot
