Got VSP offer in CH today. Should i accept right away or should i wait until near June 2nd? Is there a reason to wait?

Not clear if i wait the Vsp can be denied if i wait to accept near deadline.

Intel used to be great before the H1B program was created. Intel will be great again when we terminate the H1B program and deport them all back.

same here. VSP eligibility notice in the inbox MOnday morning. Never had a performance issue...successful, SSL3 for years and made it to Tech 57. I'm waiting for clarification from the boss tonight as to if this is a random thing, driven by computer metrics alone, or a sign that I'm on somebody's sh*t list .....to be eliminated by next focal...like it or not.

I saw several VSP denials last time around in Oregon. The only thing worse for morale than them trying to pay you to quit would be for them to deny you after you agreed to it.

Intel used to be a great place to work, now we are just tools that can be thrown out and replaced with newer cheaper versions.

Last VSP they accepted everyone that applied (though they supposedly were going to cap it).

I don't think I would accept early. That helps the company, not you. Meanwhile something may change and your thought process may change. You can go ahead and start looking for a job regardless.

Do you really want to stay in a shrinking company? This is just the beginning of many layoffs.

What the VSP package includes? How it differs from ISP?

Don't take VSP..take the ISP..that way you don't come back to Intel.
