I'm pretty sure the info that gets posted on this site is legal and wouldn't matter if Intel collects info or not. People are just sharing their experiences and asking for guidance. Sadly, they aren't getting that guidance from their employer. Aside from that, what are they going to do with the information? I'm curious to know what the warning is focused on.

Uh, the last poster is completely incorrect. We do refer to the employeeportal.com as Circuit.
