I'm no longer at Intel, but reading these posts I'm gleaning that BK is using the term "virtuous cycle" as somewhat of a mantra???? What's rather amusing is that the Virtuous and Vicious cycles are actually terms coined by Robert Reich who is an activist for economic reform and economic expert as it relates to the wealth gap. He was the Secretary of Labor during the Clinton administration...hopefully BK is giving him credit for those concepts? Reich is currently a professor at Berkeley. I just find it odd if Intel's CEO would take such a famous model and use it at Intel? The virtuous cycle is a perpetual motion machine which once we get going all US will get above average focal ranking. Until then all below average performers will get ISPs (with dignity and respect)

I don't understand the use of the word "virtuous" in this context. Can somebody please break it down for me? Seriously, what does a virtuous cycle mean? righteous? Worthy? Noble?
At first, I thought it's a typo and they meant to type vicious. "Vicious" actually makes more sense

Lesson to the younger Intel Generation. I a parent gets sick and you have to tend to them. Suck it up and pay no attention to them. Even though "Intel Almighty" says its OK, Family first-its a Freaking Joke. Especially if you are Over 50. #OVER50INTELYOUROUT! I will look for other companies for my computer chip needs, and will sell my stocks I have personally invested with them! F--- OFF INTEL!!!
