You lazy asses! You don't want to work, you dont like to be a team player, you don't get the results but you want Intel to pay you and pay you well for the filthy work you are doing and, at the end not hire anyone to cover up the incomplete results you are producing. We are either bringing more Indian workers to US or moving jobs to India. We cannot have it both ways. You want US to keep switching from being capitalist to being socialist at you fancy... Let me tell you that is not going to happen. Most Indians I know and most Indians I work with work their assoff and so they will be rewarded.
How about doing something for the degree mills that have opened right here in the US. The student visa system is BROKEN - because US colleges salivate at milking foreign students who pay 3X the price of locals. (completely fair, even though out of whack with the per capita income in home countries).
Having spent that, any foreign student - Indian, Chinese, Russian - would be justified in recouping that investment within the US. Fair is fair.
America is land of immigrant. People now against H1B are once immigrant as well. Dont forget about it. If at all there is one who can talk about this IS native americans (Red Indians). Well, they are Indians as well :). Others just shut it and be competitive.

If you suspect H1B abuse or fraud such as employee has fake credentials or provided fake letters as proof of experience. report it uscis.gov. Report to Homeland Security when you see h1b employees relatives visiting but never leave. Very likely over staying tourist visa. Befriend them they love showing off white friends gather names of relatives and home address report anonymously by calling 1-866-347-2423. Call every 3 weeks provide additional info. Be a patriot if you see something say something.
