The MTL was run over by the MTs on night shift because she has no spine. But she does have a penchant for creating adverse working conditions pitting people against one another and stirring up other drama. If a white male had as many trips to HR as her there would a finding of a pattern of unacceptable behavior and he would be dealt with quickly.
