So If haven't gotten a VSP email and don't meet the leaked 'qualifications' for ISP - ? Means what? Not eligible for VSP?

Hi, I just posted on separate thread, unfortunately unless you are offered VSP you can't participate in the program as ees are not allowed to "self-select". Therefore, if you decide to resign, you do so as a standard resignation voluntarily with no package compensation. The program is designed this way to deter higher performers from leaving the company, it's a retention mechanism.
Was hoping for a VSP as I've been interviewing the past 2 months before this sh---storm hit!!!
Hope to get one, but seems like the net is a lot smaller this go around
Yes, I am in the same boat. I am already in process of moving on to something else and I was expecting to get VSP but didn't get the email and didn't meet the ISP criteria either. I am wondering if i can talk to Hr/Manager and volunteer? Has anyone ever done that?
