They do not send email for ISP. They schedule a 1:1 out of nowhere and terminate you in the room then escort you out.

Would the manager mention that the 1:1 is for ISP? Or would it be a suspense till we enter the room?
by when would manager and HR schedule meeting if ISP? I received SSL 3 and Successful last 3 years. In my grade level 7 since 4 years.
stock level -4 in 2014, level 3 in 2015 and 2016, level 3 in 2013. didn't get vsp. worried
isp do not get email.
if you had level4/5 stock this or last year expect a 1:1 for isp.
else you are safe for now...till the project cancellations are announced.

@OP what were the stock levels last 4 years?
if you didn't receive VSP email and you didn't get an EE or O in last two focals you are not safe, expect your manager to schedule a meeting with you to deliver ISP.
