I'm 4 years on S/SL3. Dint get vsp email yet in OR. Freaking out.
If no O, EE or promo in last three years criteria was applied, then I should have got VSP mail. I have not. So I think the criteria is 4 S and SL3. I have S and SL1 in 2013 and S and SL3 in 2014, 2015 and 2016. I know I am dangerously close to being axed..!!!
Location doesn't matter. The criteria is uniformly applied whether you are at a site or a remote employee or an international employee (apparently).
