This article shows that Intel's CEO is insane, doesn't understand "Quality Qualified Employees" is a win for Intel. I don't understand this BK's strategy unless laying off older white males brings is to bring in cheaper H-1B employees. Either way, Intel's CEO is not trustworthy and has probably lost respect from his own employees. How can Intel achieve success with a CEO talking and behaving like BK? Can't!

If you do your job exactly how you should, you get rated a successful. If Intel is only keeping Outstanding and Exceeds, maybe you need to step up the game a bit. Stop calling in sick ten minutes before passdown when you are obviously not sick, offer help to your team. It's a brutal work culture but it is what it is.
Data will prove white males are being disproportionately being laidoff vs other groups in the US. This will also match my observations over the years.
