Suggesting employees take things positive and utilize ; learn from my mistakes. i should have resigned by this week though i was not in the list.
Important : Managers are the deciding people. Do not run in rumors. Be calm / dont react much / just do the work and leave as usual
Coming days will be tough / increase in productivity of employee / changes are towards efficient work , contribution , values to company but at the cost of every year eliminations of few percent even if you have not done one assignment correctly :-) Do not say NO at any time. Try your 100 percent to survive or you will be out.
