I was offered Enhanced Retirement Program and I’m also eligible for rule of 75. My question is if I take the two years healthcare assistance and SERMA offering and get a another job, full or part time will intel still pay for healthcare/medical insurance until the money runs out or if I reach Medicare age, I’m 58 now?

Yes, if you're eligible for retirement they aren't taking your retirement benefits away so yes, you still get your SERMA.
Enjoy your last two weeks. You're the reason why my computer costs so much!
Look it up online, it's almost free that way...
When you return, there is an ERP portal that has a Q&A portion that addresses this. There is also contact names with email and phone numbers that will answer any questions.
Yes 2 years max for Enhanced Retirement Program, but don't I also get SERMA on top of that? What if I say I don't want any coverage from the new job and got with intel gives me for medical insurance.
It's two years maximum unless you get a job that provides healthcare insurance for you.
I forgot to mention I'm got 2 more weeks of sabbatical left.
