white male? Don't scapegoat. Intel is trying to become diverse, but it's no where near it. Most people affected will be white males simply because there are so many. Certainly the ERP group is not going to be diverse.

so it would see by your experience that anyone who meets criteria for both ISP and ERP are being given ISP and not given the option :( very sad. The ERP package is much more of an expense to Intel so it makes sense from a business perspective to give the lesser of the two, but from an integrity perspective...such a shame. shame on Intel.
