Yes undignified is right! BK's Intel is f---ed up - treating human beings with respect doesn't happen any more. We are treated like animals he owns.

I am not worried and would take vsp but to be escorted out unceremoniously and labeled as un-rehirable is just undignified

In 2014 I initially received an IR/SSL5 completely out of the blue (4 promos and nothing lower than S over 18yr career before that). Initiated an open door w/HR and 2nd level manager just to get the record straight before I took VSP. They agreed to an S/SSL4 and VSP and that I would be marked on exit as re-hire eligible. It was a Kobayashi-Maru situation (no-win for those not a Star Trek fan) and it worked out as best it could. In the end I am VERY glad I left - I'm doing better mentally, physically and financially than if I would have stayed. I think 99% of people have a similar look back on their exit decision.
If u got ssl5 I would bet u will get isp this week...intel doesn't want u around now (or ever!)
What a load of horseshit. I received ssl5 for a quality event that happened WHILE i was in training. Damn shame
I received a successful for 2014 and 2015 but received no stocks at last focal
SSL 5 in 2015 or 2016 without EE/O in either year will receive ISP :( unless you are a new hire or RCG, SSL5 is considered poor performer
