I am an SMTS working towards my PE grade next year. Any grade 9s or SMTSs got an ISP/VSP?
Really hope to get a VSP, then take it and move to a better company.

How many years does it take from GR 6 to GR 9 typically? Can you get hired in as GR 7 from masters program?
I know of one grade 9 who received a VSP offer today. They never received less than successful and never got stock level 4/5. So yes.
We are in a mess for technical, business, cultural and keadership failure. This means a huge proportion of the company should go home.
Actually, that is what happening...
looking at the mess we are in, all PEs should be the first to get fired for wide spread technical failure.
If you fail to get your PE next year, you'll get fired on the next round. Take that into your equation.
6 years at grade9. PM for 2 years, 4 as Individual contributor.
Gr9 for how long?
From my experience people outside Intel find the PE concept ammusing. If you think about leaving Intel leave now. The ship is definately sinking and the Captain is drunk...
Take it and don't look back. Investing more tine in that company is a net loss.
