Had my early morning 1:1 meeting.

ISP package:

Salary: 8 weeks + LOS weeks ( based on base pay + APB target)

Cobra: a) 6 months and $9K or b) 12 months

Career Transition Service: 6 months

LOS weeks of pay

Sabbatical will be paid, 8 weeks. For exempt, vacation is not covered.

The career transition is crap. Rise Smart is who Intel uses. Waste of time and money with one exception, they will build you a nice resume.
