Oh I agree with you about the $$ that is the main reason. I just think they have to also keep an image, but I am corrected it is all about the $$ no doubt!!

@wak If you seriously believe that the reason companies continue to hire RCGs is that they get a "bad rap" if they don't, then the propagandists have you. The truth is that companies continue to hire because they get work done for less $, period. If RCGs cost them more than the people they were firing they wouldn't hire RCGs.

companies will always keep hiring RCG. If not they get a bad rap. It's terrible but that's how it works either RCG or interns that turn into permanent hires.
