SL4 and S 2015 and SL3 and S 2016. Will I be worried???? From the foil seem to be now But hope anybody can answer

Can you please elaborate as to how this criteria will get affected ? From the other posts I see that one has to be SS4 in both 2015 & 2016 or just in 2016 in order to be affected.
