Got S-SL4 this year (first ever) - was S-SL3 for the previous 3 years. I'm Rule of 75 eligible and I did not get a ERP email today, so I expect I'll get ISP. Anyone else is the same situation? Any info about what might be offered (I heard ISP is different for retirement eligible personnel, but no details).

I'm in the same boat -- 20-year employee meeting the rule of 75 with a 2015 SL4. I was ISP'ed yesterday, but given the option of leaving under the ERP. My official reason for termination is "position eliminated due to reorg".
Intel is doing the right thing -- allowing eligible retirees to leave under the best possible option. We're essentially being forced to take the ERP that's optionally offered to all other potential retirees. And believe it or not, there's one benefit of doing it this way -- since the separation is involuntary you're now eligible to draw unemployment benefits. This varies by states, but most states won't let you do this if your departure was voluntary.
Just hit rule 75 a few months back, and first ever SL4. All 25 reviews were either Successful (most) or Outstanding. I have not been offered the VSP nor ERP. I am waiting for the ISP axe to fall..... anyone else in this boat?
@H5Sp5Th-1vmb Congrats on retirement. Glad you are able to retire without getting fired. Some good news in an otherwise bleak time.
So, finally got a 1:1 request with my manager - then she called. She told me that I would be offered both ISP and ERP (obviously, I'll take ERP), but I have to leave that day - I don't get the 60 days to decided whether to take ERP or not. So, I guess it's retirement for me as of Thursday.

What if I think I’m eligible for more than one package related to my separation?
You may only participate in one program or package related to your separation.
If you’re eligible for the VSP and also retirement eligible, you can choose the Enhanced
Retirement Program (ERP).
If you’re selected for the Involuntary Separation Package (ISP) and also retirement
eligible, you remain in the ISP, however you are eligible for an enhanced package for
retirees.
I got a SL5, first ever ... and last :) I'm rule of 75 eligible and I haven't heard a thing yet ... ERP, VSP or ISP. However, I'm on sabbatical so that could be the reason. There was a comment in a previous post that suggested VSP/ISP may have precedence over ERP. Nothing concrete though.

I got the ERP this morning, and a summary PDF later saying (roughly) ERP folks could take VSP instead if they chose, but anyone who was ISP won't be offered either VSP or ERP.
Also heard ISPs are being walked out after being told, so could be that there's a list that they're going thru.

That is the first I have heard of a different ISP for those who are retirement eligible.
