No offer package details can be find from email and from tool link. Anyone else from OR site? Any idea on the offer?

Managers know, they'll be in the room when you get details.
I found this from another thread, hope it is true:
VSP: On the list are people who from 2013-2016 (4 focals) received no better than a S SL3 in the past 4 focals, and have been a in there GR level 2X the median time. Managers are asked to tell employees that this a very attractive package and considering there marginal performance and the coming cuts to seriously consider taking it. The benefits are 8 weeks pay + APB x1 + from 4 to 48 weeks depending on LOS in two year increments + 1 day of QPB + 1 year of medical. For +20yr employees this amounts to nearly a year of pay and medical to leave Intel. Need to choose by Jun2 last day is Jun 24. If rehired within 12mo of last day person must pay back the prorated portion of benefit.
Of course I should know the offer details before I make decision, other wise this is against law.
shouldn't you know what the package is before you make a decision to accept? Is the only thing different between it and the ISP the "right" to return?
the VSP targets old employees, I believe most of them are around age 50
I got VSP email, I am a non-Indian technical woman engineer, this is my 15 years in Intel.

I got VSP email at 5:06 am pacific time, also can not find where the offer detail is.
No, @bke my managers do not know I got VSP unless I submit accept the offer. But without knowing the offer details, how I should accept?

No, OO and EE, I had no performance issues, I did great work for Intel, but just did not get along with my managers. This VSP is what I wanted and waited since last year.
I thought managers weren't supposed to know who was offered VSP.

Your manager will hand you the offer and press you to take it.
