layoffs happened. guessing the guy who said they weren't was in HR trying to throw some misdirection. I'm just glad I f@cked a few managers in the assbefore leaving. Sweet assis beautiful!
You are all able to formulate your own thoughts as to what is, or isn't, going to happen. What I can remind you of while doing so, and everyone here should be very familiar with, is the reduction in force that comes at the end of each fiscal year. That's the indisputable constant. Now, couple it with the class action lawsuits, the deal made with DoE (even though it is laughable at best and doesn't do anything for those previous students), and the declining enrollment.
What do you think will happen? The Center gets decimated? Campuses get some positions back on location? Consolidation of higher positions? Will they close campuses? Will they try to sell entire brands? Everything...EVERYTHING is on the table.
There's an all Ai presidents meeting here in PX in the beginning of May - that will lay the foundation for post re-org.
Like someone said below, if you're a part of The Center, make your move before they make it for you. And if you're part of a well staffed department (as hilarious as that sounds...) be cautious.

Nothing is going to happen. Just a front to see how many are on board. People posting otherwise are bitter, small, and afraid of their own limitations and inability to push through rough times.

It will be huge. Anyone, and I mean anyone, currently in The Center needs to start looking for a place to land.
They are making us throw anyone we can get a hold of into class so we can get their aid, so I'm assuming the end is near. Grab and go.
