I am in same boat. ssl2, ssl2, ssl4, ssl3 (2016) last 4 focals. Did not receive vsp. Ssl4 that got was due to leave of absence. That's is the trend I am seeing. Several people reported that they got ssl4 due to MLOA. This tells something about your company.Saw other post where some one got ssl4 after his son died and he had to go on MLOA.
See other posts in this page -looks like it is a VSP for sure , not ISP
Did you ask your manager ?
Managers know by now who is going from their group, so if your manager says not to worry I think you can rely on that completely.
Don't think you will be affected, if you do get email let us know. The leaked info in that case is incorrect

It guarantees ISP unless you are diversity protected. If you are protected, performance is secondary.
