I am on bonding leave now since a month and do not know my 2016 SSL level from focal except a successful grade through EDA. Is there a way to guess or know the SSL level. Manager said that I will receive the focal and SSL when I go back in a couple of weeks. What can I take from it? Setting up for ISP as soon as I return? Is that appropriate?

The UBS website does not show any RSU granted this year yet for me. I can only see that for 2015 and before. Can you guys check and confirm yours?
Stock level RSU grants vary significantly by grade (and likely other factors).
If you log onto UbS you should see what your stock grant was (will be unvested.). I believe 230 or 260 stock was SSL3, so if you're at that or higher you should be safe.
Ask your manager to send your focal pay letter via email. I was on bonding leave too during focal timing and my manager sent the pay letter to me.
What a joke...no wonder you people are losing your jobs....to pay for someone else to take "bonding leave"
Consider yourselves lucky. My husband is an ISP today and we are delivering our 3rd baby via C section next Monday and will not qualify for bonding leave. Missed it by one week. ;(
Bonding leave is job protected. They can not fire you while you are on bonding.
If this goes the way last year did, you would be notified of lay-off, even if on bonding leave. One of our PEs got cut in the last round, was on sabbatical, and was informed during that time.
