Same here. Qualify under the over 55: 15 yrs of service; 1:1 scheduled with no subject; so I think I'm ISP for it seems that has precedence over the retirement eligibility.

2nd levelanager meeting with all of us since our manager is said go let go because of this performance reviews the past 2 years.
Your GL is not going to meet with you to tell you how awesome the VSP is.
Probably, your manager is getting laid off and your GL is breaking that news.
