Need an Employment Attorney in Oregon

Can someone recommend a good Employment Attorney in Oregon?

I really believe I have a strong case on the basis of age discrimination and will seek legal counsel as soon as possible.

I am not sure if you had experience in this area or if you know someone who may be able to help me here, but any tips on how to find a solid employment lawyer focusing on workers in Oregon would be much appreciated.

Do not use Liz Oberlin. She will charge the crap out of you to tell you she's doing nothing! Probably on the dole with Intel.

Intel is clearly age discriminating. Between last years ISP age discrimination and possibly this years age discrimination...You may finally get a law firm to go after Intel. But I have to warn you, Intel has bought and paid for most Attorneys in your area.

I would also start generating a letter to your congressman or senator

as this violates federal law.

Donald Trump is touched on this issue.

I truly hope that this will come to bite intel big time.

I tried Lane Powell.. the WARN and other notifications are covered, and they would have made selections in a way so as to not trigger a lawsuit from the >50, white, male demographic. That's Layoff 101.

Liz Oberlin is pretty good - why avoid her?

Avoid Liz Iberlin at all cost. You will only end up with a hefty bill in the end.

I discussed the same scenario with few lawyers last year and their response was if you were the only one with age discrimination we had a case but with mass layoff you don't have a strong case. Big law firms will not tale a small case like this. They are capable but won't take your case. It takes too long and the salary lost is not very much specially if you take the package then you have no case.

I would try contacting the law firm who represented the high tech employee lawsuit.

I would have expected lawyers to be parked just outside the campus with signs and pop up tents.
