Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Can I ask my manager on when I would be scheduled for a 1:1 to receive the ISP?

It is very hard to focus on the work knowing that I satisfy the ISP criteria

HR sets up a meeting with your manager, your manager then sets up a meeting with you. Your manager doesn't have control over the scheduling.

Agreed. Just sit back and relax. Most managers will not be honest enough and will keep it a secret. If they had to tell you, they would have already.

You can and you should. Knowing that you meet the criteria, its best to be upfront so you can use rest of the week for job applications. It is probably a timing issue or if you are working on something critical, your manager might be buying time.
