Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Anyone else not setting the alarm for tomorrow morning...?

I don't think I'm in the ISP pool, maybe the VSP pool... I don't know. But I'm so not looking forward to all the 'darkness' that's going to be looming around the campus tomorrow.

I think I'll just not turn on my alarm and get there when I get there.

Feeling very fortunate that I work from home. My husband is blind and I'm the sole person to get my kid where he needs to go for school and after school stuff. While my personal situation is challenging, I'm exhaling big that I don't have to be at the office this week. It is going to be a such a sad time.

I'm supposed to be at a worldwide F2F in Hillsboro next week for a couple days. I live in Portland, so that isn't an issue. I just wonder how many of us will actually be there.

I have no choice. I have a colleague coming in from India to cross train (planned way in advance). I feel bad that he has to be here this week.

Hillsboro Fab folks Process/Integration are you guys still making it to Fab at 7:40 passdown? How about morning e-mail sendout at 6:30 am for those on-call 24hrsx X-days?

That's how I do it every day for years, OP. I also stay very, very late so don't need to be there at the strike of 8am.
