i am in grade 05 . joined intel in july 2013 . i dint have focal in 2014 .
2015 focal was successful with SSL 4
2016 FOACL WAS SUCCESSFUL with SSL 3
i got a VSP email ??? i dint complete 3years too at intel ?
why did i get into that filter ?

There is no SSL4 for a grade 5...

@H5DCDIC-wug incorrect, SSL of any level can be given to Gr 05. What's your source for that?
It's not possible to get SL4 at grade 5.

How about this? Why did Intel hire you in the first place given your absence of language / grammar / spelling skills. This is what is wrong with Intel - - - too many ESL people that cannot understand each other going back and forth ad infinitum just trying to clarify what was said in the first place.
This issue alone probably accounts for 15-20% of Intel's overhead and is pure waste, and this problem only gets worse with more HB1's / diversity actions in the future.
In 2014 your manager had to have entered something in the tool...whether it was communicated to you or not is a different story...but there should have been a rating and SSL

Agreed with the prior response - probably because you don't pay good attention to detail, spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc. Attention to detail is one of the key core values of the company and will help you in any other job or company you transition to.
