Have not seen anything going on in AZFSM. Has anyone heard seen anything?

It's still happening. The employee meets with HR rep and immediate mgr. The HR rep does all the talking and allows as much time for questions. After 30-40 minutes, they will confiscate the laptop, phone, badge and then walk you to security desk. The CR rooms are right next to security.
Is everyone receding a manger 1:1 or just individuals leaving the company on ERP, ISP, or VSP?
Ocotillo site, 2nd floor. Or any room with a cheap writing board papers covering the window. AzFSM has been hit, from low to high grades. Exempts to non exempts. Just another number another space open, no loyalty exists.
10-15 minutes per person. They want your phone and laptop. I showed up with two pieces of fruit!!!!
No goons guarding the termination CR in Fab 32 OC8110. My Hr guy fumbled through the "speech". He seemed nervous.
The new hire training room in FM5 has been converted to the termination room. Security is sitting in chairs outside of the room. They have a big change in the room filled with laptops.
