I quit Intel last July and have had no regrets at all so far! I was sick and tired of the politics and I was being bypassed for promo in favor of another grade 5 person (I was a gr7) just to save the company some money, from what I was told. In mid-July, I fired my manager and found myself a better one at a far better company: Nike! I haven't looked back since and I know which company NOT to go work for in the future.
